Welcome to LEH
Junior School

At LEH Junior School we are fortunate to have incredibly
supportive parents, friendly and dedicated staff and children
who quite simply love their school!

Our school is a busy, happy and purposeful place and the
girls’ ‘can do’ attitude and intellectual curiosity is infectious.
We offer a rich and diverse curriculum which is full of exciting
and challenging opportunities. Our friendly and dedicated
teachers support and cater for the needs of every child and
instil in our girls the confidence to face new challenges, try
their very best and learn from their mistakes. At LEH we want
our girls to be happy and fulfilled and we make it our priority
to integrate pastoral care into every aspect of school life.

Academic standards are high, and we are proud of the fact
that when our Year 6 girls move up to our Senior School, they
take with them a set of skills and core values that will enable
them to confidently and courageously embark on the next
stage of their educational journey.

Our own Junior School site provides a friendly, safe and
nurturing environment for the girls and we are fortunate to
share the excellent facilities at our Senior School, including
the sports fields and courts, swimming pool and Jane Ross
theatre. A busy extra-curricular and fixtures programme
provides interesting opportunities to learn something new,
develop talents or simply spend time having fun with friends.
We also share a coach service with LEH Senior School
and Hampton School, to ensure that we cover the widest
geographical area possible and many of our girls use the
coach service when they join in Year 3.

To meet our friendly team of staff and pupils and to learn more
about life at LEH Junior School please book a visit at one of
our Open Mornings.

I look forward to welcoming you.

Paula Mortimer
Head of LEH Junior School
